Hello!
This post will explain pretty much everything about how the server works and the plugins that's added to it. You can find more info about McMMO here.
McMMO:
There are a total of 13 skills that you can level up: Mining, Fishing, Swords, Archery, Acrobatics, Unarmed, Herbalism, Excavation, Repairing, Woodcutting, Axes, Taming and Smelting. These skills provides bonuses for the different aspects of the game. I'll explain some commands to you:
/mcmmo help - brings up the mcmmo command list, it also tells you what the commands do.
/<skill> - type in the skill name e.g. /mining if you want to view detail info.
/<skill> ? <number> - this command will give you a brief description about the bonuses you get from leveling up that skill.
/mcscoreboard keep - this sticks your mcscoreboard to your right.
/mcscoreboard clear - this clears the mcscoreboard.
Disabled:
All abilities have been disabled. Blast Mining has been disabled (mining bonus).
Experience:
You can reach up to level 100 in every skill. The experience requirement increases with 500 XP per level in that specific skill, for example:
Level 1: 1000
Level 2: 1500
Level 3: 2000
etc..

Stone: 9
Coal Ore: 18
Iron Ore: 32
Diamond Ore: 72
Emerald Ore: 72
Gold Ore: 40
Quartz Ore: 24

Wood: 0.6 (depending on the item quality, wood for example gives 250 * 0.6 as XP output (base * itemmultiplier)).

Leather: 1.6
String: 1.8
